So... many hotels will leave a chocolate or a mint on the pillow...we got a life-jacket instead! The rooms are nice huh? This is mine!

Hi Kate! All of this is just fascinating! Your grandmother is fighting a cold and would have sent a card last weekend or we would have blogged a late "Happy Birthday" today but she's not feeling well enough; she's still thinking of you and praying for you! I'm finally sitting still long enough to read your blog. Let's see... Wasn't fooled a second by your sail boat pic. In fact I would have been surprised if you didn't pull that prank. :) Glad you are making time for the sun rises and settings. More minutes online, Yahoo! (get it?) Your love of seagulls is a huge indicator of your seaside inexperience. :p I like them as much as NYC dwellers like pigeons.
